THE POWER OF ONENESS – CHANGE THE WORLD NOW
By Viviana Siddhi Vid of the Mandala Foundation

On April 18th and 19th, 2008 The Mandala Transformation Foundation, Inc. conducted a powerful spiritual gathering in Mt.Shasta where they shared the ancient and eternal wisdom of Native American elders and other spiritual leaders. These profound ceremonies are rooted in gratitude, appreciation and in the essential understanding of the interconnectedness and sacredness of all life.

We employed the support Steven Lumiere, a gifted natural healer and clairvoyant to facilitate a harmonization of the diverse energies of the group as well calling upon divine protection so as to insure the success of the ceremonies. We are deeply grateful for his contribution of the success of our work. Harmony within and without is the key to success.

We were honored with the presence of Rosalie Birdwoman a highly respected Grandmother of the Northern Cheyenne tribe. Her life story of her profound trials and tribulations is exemplary of the trauma that has been perpetrated against all the Native American peoples. The good news: she has emerged from her traumatic experiences by embracing and integrating holistic health practices and protocols. Today she is serving to bring her awareness/education to her tribe and others who want to benefit from her knowledge. This is her life story:

“I was in an arranged marriage at age 16. There was alcoholism in the home with three young children. I divorced at age 22, after experiencing much abuse. To mask my pain I became addicted to alcohol after my divorce. After being heavily immersed in these addictions for 8 years, I realized I needed to take charge of my life with responsibility and love for myself. I took action and successful completed a residential recovery program in 1980 while embarking upon the Red Road, the Native American spiritual path which has existed over eons of time. Since than I have educated myself around my people, history and the loss of our culture and all of its attendant ramifications, fear, depression (depressed anger), alcoholism, alienation, unforgivness, etc. Today I am employed for the Northern Cheyenne Recovery center as a licensed addiction counselor. I share all types of healing programs such as sweat lodges, talking circles, spiritual counseling, tepee ceremonies, fasting, etc. We are on the road of healing one another.”

Today Rosalie Birdwoman is aware of her people’s malaise due to various way addiction and poor diet and the immediate need to embrace holistic detoxification programs.

We are at the time of tremendous individual and collective transformation in all planes and in all dimensions. The result of this purification process is creating a release of negative programming i.e. fear, jealousy, anger, separation......Through various ceremonies, sweat lodges, fire-walking, we offer the opportunity for each individual to experience greater wholeness in their being. The challenge of course lies in the individual acceptance and receptivity to receive the powerful healing energies which serve to eliminate various dis-ease conditions. To be fully successful one needs to participate in all the various healing programs. The successful outcome of these powerful processes opens one into a state of higher consciousness, the 5th dimension and beyond……When the heart charka activates, your body begins to vibrate at a higher frequency as you enter into a new dimension of being. One becomes a fully integrated being (unification of the female and male energies polarities). The challenge for the person who has entered into this new experience of oneness is to consciously live in the state of appreciation. Appreciation leads to acceptance. Additionally, nature becomes an ally in helping maintain higher state of consciousness/awareness.

In closing, we are sharing an experience of one of our participants Eric Starwalker:
“As a star person I’ve always felt like “a stranger in a strange land”, an observer from far away, visiting planet earth. So it’s with great thankfulness that I’ve entered sacred earth lodges, stewarded by the indigenous peoples and The Mandala Transformation Foundation, Inc. I, too, have now been touched by the power and beauty of the human heart at the center of these sacred circles. It’s the wounded and broken heart made whole by the tears we shed in prayer for one another that brings us back home to each other once again. In coming back home to each other we see with new eyes the beauty shining out like a star from the heart of each new person we meet.”
